The Fight Pass Fanatic Promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Zuffa, LLC ("Sponsor”) as well as its affiliated companies and other companies involved in the promotion and execution of this project (“Supporting Parties”) This Promotion is free of charge and is only subject to the present Official Rules and to all applicable international, federal, state, provincial, local and regional laws and regulations. By entering and participating in this Promotion, persons agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that they satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1.1 In order to enter this Promotion and be eligible, entrant ("Entrant" and collectively, “Entrants”) must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
1.2 Entrant must be of 18 years or older at the time of participation in this Promotion.
1.3 Entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United Kingdom.
1.4 Persons that do not conform to the requirements stated in section 1.2 and 1.3 above are not allowed to participate to this Promotion or transmit or otherwise submit personal information to Sponsor.
1.5 Please note that Sponsor or the Supporting Parties are not liable in case Entrants are not legally allowed to take part in the Promotion due to national or local laws.
1.6 Sponsor or its Supporting Parties are not responsible in case an Entrant is not physically or mentally able to perform any or all of the described tasks in section 3 below, there is no legal right to participate in this Promotion whatsoever. Sponsor or its Supporting Parties are not liable in case an Entrant injures him/herself while performing actions with regard to this Promotion.
1.7 Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, any company involved in the development or production of the Promotion, professional advisors, third party service providers or advertising and promotional agencies involved with this Promotion, and immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or participate in this Promotion.
1.8 Only one entry per person is allowed as defined in section 3.1 below. Further, only natural persons are allowed to participate.
1.9 Sponsor reserves the right to verify the email address provided to Sponsor by Entrant and to require proof of age, identity and/or other provided details at any time at its discretion. In the event of any dispute, entries containing an invalid e­mail address or incorrect data regarding the age or residence of the Entrant will be deemed ineligible.

2.1 The promotion will consist of two phases: (i) the Submission Phase during which people will be able to submit their videos online and (ii) the Judging Phase during which the submitted videos will be judged by a panel of expert judges and winners will be selected.
2.2 The Submission Phase opens at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 4, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on June 20, 2016.
2.3 The Judging Phase starts at 10:00 AM PT on June 21, 2016 to 5:00 PM PT on June 24, 2016.
2.4 Winner Notification will occur on or about June 27, 2016 via the email and/or phone number that Entrant submitted at time of registration.
2.5 Entries received by Sponsor outside the Submission Phase will not be considered and will have no entitlement whatsoever pursuant to these Official Rules.

3.1 To enter the Promotion:
(i) Have an active and non-private YouTube account or sign up for a free YouTube account at www.YouTube.com;
(ii) Create and upload an original video that conveys why Entrant should be considered 1 of the 7 biggest UFC Fight Pass fans in the world;
(iii) Video should be less than sixty (60) seconds in duration (videos that exceed 60 seconds will not be viewed);
(iv) Video should not include anyone other than the Entrant showcasing his/her enthusiasm for UFC Fight Pass;
(v) Include the title “Zuffa, LLC – Fight Pass Fanatic Promotion: [First Name, Last Initial];
(vi) Register video URL at http://www.ufc.com/fanatics providing all the required information; (i, ii, iii, iv, v, and vi, collectively “Submission”)
3.2 In order for Entrants Submission to be eligible for the Judging Phase, all steps in 3.1 above must be completed.
3.3 Submission Limit: One submission per person for the duration of the Submission Phase. Entrant will not be able to make change their video after Submission.
3.4 Submissions may not contain, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretions, any content that:
- Is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; obscene or offensive;
- Promotes irresponsible or excessive consumption of alcohol; promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any particular political agenda or message;
- Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- Contains trademarks as defined below, which Sponsor has granted entrant a limited license to use for purposes of entering this Promotion;
- Contain brand names or trademarks, other than (i) those of Sponsor, which Entrants has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading Submission, and/or (ii) those that Entrant own, which Entrant agrees to license to Sponsor on a royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, non­exclusive basis, or have license to use and sub­license to Sponsor on a royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, non­exclusive basis in connection with the Submission;
- Contain copyrighted material not created by Entrant, other than material that Entrant has necessary rights, consents and permissions to use and sub­license to Sponsor on a royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual, non­exclusive basis in connection with the Submission;
- Contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal name (other than just the first name and last initial), email or street addresses;
- Violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any other person or company; and/or
- Infringe the Terms of YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

3.5 By submitting an Submission, Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at: http://www.ufc.com/privacyPolicy?id, and all YouTube Statement of Rights and Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Judging criteria for Submissions is as follows: Creativity (25%), Originality (25%) & Ultimate Fan Status (50%)
4.2 Submissions will be judged by panels of experts selected by the Sponsor and their decisions shall be final.
4.3 The top seven (7) Entrants with the highest score will be deemed the potential winners (“Winner” and collectively “Winners”), pending verification of eligibility.

5.1 Sponsor undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate service for the Promotion and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; prize notification deliveries attempted but not received; any loss suffered by anyone who enters or attempts to enter, whether the Submission is lost, not submitted, wrongly processed or does not win.
5.2 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5.3 If Entrant is disqualified, Sponsor is under no obligation to publish this fact.
5.4 The contact details captured upon registration of Submission will be used for notification purposes, if registration isn’t complete, Entrants Submission will be void.

6.1 Seven (7) Prizes: Each winner will receive the following prize consisting of:
(i) One (1) trip for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA consisting of round trip coach airfare from closest major airport nearest the Winner’s home to Las Vegas, NV, USA;
(ii) Ground transportation to and from airport;
(iii) Four (4) nights hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest at a hotel in Las Vegas selected by the Sponsor in their sole discretion;
(iv) Two (2) Octagon-side tickets to Dos Anjos vs. Alvarez (“Fight”) at the MGM Grand Garden Area on July 7, 2016;
(v) Backstage tour prior to Fight;
(vi) Two (2) tickets to UFC 200 with specialty seating for the UFC 200 FIGHT PASS Early Prelims;
(vii) Two (2) tickets to the UFC Fan Expo;
(viii) One (1) $500 Gift Card;
(ix) Lunch with a Zuffa executive, date and time to be determined by Sponsor;
(x) The chance to earn the title of the UFC FIGHT PASS FANATIC in our Fan Trivia Challenge game;
(xi) Two (2) VIP passes and front of the line access to meet guest athletes at the Fan Expo; and
(xii) Priority seating at the UFC Hall of Fame Ceremony.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize described above: $5,000 USD

6.2 Total ARV of all prizes: $25,000 USD.
6.3 Sponsor reserves the right to replace any or all elements of package with a similar value.
6.4 No cash alternatives will be provided and prizes are non­transferable and non­refundable.
6.5 In the event a Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Las Vegas, NV, USA, Sponsor will provide the Winner with round trip ground transportation between the Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, NV, USA in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence. The dollar value difference between the round trip coach air transportation and ground transportation will not be provided to the Winner.
6.6 Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transfers between Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in Las Vegas, NV, USA not specified as part of the prize, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals.
6.7 Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.
6.8 Winner and Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid government photo identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements.
6.9 Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.
6.10 All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the U.S. Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required.
6.11 Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of use. Sponsor is not responsible for a lost or stolen Gift Card once in the possession of the Winner.
6.12 Winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance, Liability and (where permissible) Publicity Release Form within date specified by Sponsor to claim prize. Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her social security number if a United States resident. If Winner is a United States resident an IRS 1099-MISC U.S. tax form will be filed in the name of the Winner for the estimated fair market value of the prize. Guest will be required to fill out a Liability and (where permissible) Publicity Release Form.
6.13 In case a selected participant does not respond within date specified in notification email he/she will have forfeited the prize and Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate Winner, time permitting.

7.1 Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules of this Promotion.
7.2 If in Sponsor’s opinion the Promotion is compromised by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, terminate, amend or extend the Promotion without responsibility and liability for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to Entrant or any third party (whether direct or indirect).
7.3 At any time during the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and remove any Entrant for any failure to observe these Official Rules (including but not limited to, Sponsor belief of Entrant engaged in cheating and in general for violations of the provisions set out under section 8 of these Official Rules) or where applicable any other kind of illegal or inappropriate behavior. In the event that a Submission is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and/or may be awarded to another Entrant.

8.1 Entrant hereby confirms that the personal data entered in connection with the Promotion is accurate and up to date.
8.2 Entrant hereby warrants and represent that he/she personally performed and otherwise participated in the Promotion to meet the criteria set out under these Official Rules associated with Submission or by his/her own creation of other materials such as user generated content as specified in these Official Rules and that Entrant has not used any prohibited aids, such as automatic robots, scripts, services or other forms of manipulation. By entering this Promotion, all Entrants warrant and represent that their Submissions are their own fully original creations, and their respective entries will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and/or rights of publicity/privacy.
8.3 In case of a breach of or an infringement arising out of or related to sections 8.2 and/or 3.4 above, Entrant shall defend and indemnify Sponsor, including, without limitation, against claims of infringement based on intellectual property rights.

9.1 The Entrant hereby assigns and grants to the Sponsor including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and Supporting Parties any and all rights, title and interest in and to all Submissions and materials submitted to Sponsor in connection with Promotion, including Entrant’s voice, image, photograph, statements, biographical information, performances, name and likeness and including any user generated content (collectively, "Entry Materials") under current and future law to the broadest extent possible according to applicable law. To the extent that rights are not assignable, the Entrant hereby grants to the Sponsor the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, exclusive, transferable and unlimited rights (unlimited in terms of territory, time or purpose) to copy, distribute, transmit, publish, perform, display, make derivative works from, exploit, and otherwise use the Entry Materials in any known or yet unknown kind of use without any payment or notice to the Entrant. If a court or any other authority finds that the exclusive grant above is not fully effective for any reason, the Entrant hereby grants to the Sponsor the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non­exclusive, transferable and unlimited rights(unlimited in terms of territory, time or purpose) to copy, distribute, transmit, publish, perform, display, make derivative works from, exploit, and otherwise use the Entry Materials in any known or yet unknown kind of use without any payment or notice to the Entrant. Entrant waives any and all moral rights (sometimes referred to as “droit moral” or similar terms) in the Entry Materials in favor of Sponsor. The conveyances and licenses in this section include in particular but are not limited to the following rights: the broadcasting right, the right of making available to the public (download/on-demand-rights), the film theatre right (cinematic/exhibition right), the video rights, the right of distribution and copying, the right of alteration and dubbing, the right of promotion, the merchandising right, the publishing right and the stage drama, radio drama and audio/talking book rights. Furthermore, the Sponsor acquires the right to make any alterations, intermissions, deletions, cuts or other modifications in and to the Entry Materials and the exclusive right to exploit such altered version in any matter. The Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and Supporting Parties shall be enabled to exploit the Entry Materials without any limitations and regardless of the medium via which the exploitation takes place. Sponsor is however not obliged to make use of these rights.
9.2 Sponsor is further irrevocably entitled to assign the rights entirely or in part to any third parties and to grant any sublicenses respectively rights of exploitation and/or exploitation permissions or to exercise the rights in its own name or through third parties.
9.3 The sole consideration for this comprehensive assignment and grant of rights shall be to get the chance to win a prize in the Promotion.
9.4 Sponsor including its affiliated companies and Supporting Parties may be required to request Entrant to enter into a separate license agreement permitting Sponsor to use the Entry Materials for reasonable promotional, administrative or other purposes beyond the reasonable expectation of the Entrant.

10.1 In the following, the term “Personal Data” describes all data kept in connection with Entrant’s name.
10.2 Sponsor may process Entrant’s Personal Data itself or throughout side data processors who will process data on its behalf in accordance with all relevant data protection regulations.
10.3 Sponsor and its affiliated companies will, as a general policy, not transmit Personal Data to third parties without Entrant’s explicit consent. In particular, Personal Data will not be sold, leased or traded. However, in cases in which Sponsor is required to transmit Personal Data to an outside data processor in connection with the Promotion, Sponsor will only transmit as much Personal Data as is necessary in order to fulfill its tasks set out under these Official Rules. In such cases, Sponsor will require and make sure that Supporting Parties treat all Personal Data in a confidential manner and according to all relevant data protection regulations as well as to delete such Personal Data immediately as soon as their specific tasks have been fulfilled in connection with the Promotion. Please note that Sponsor does not have complete control over the compliance with this obligation and that Sponsor cannot be held responsible for possible infringements by Supporting Parties to the extent that it is legally permissible.
10.4 Sponsor will only share Personal Data with Supporting Parties in case and in such amount that it is necessary to perform its tasks set out in these Official Rules, in particular to perform the Submission Phase, the Judging Phase and the distribution of prizes. All Supporting Parties will be held to the same standard of data security as Sponsor.
10.5 Personal Data will only be used for purposes in connection with this Promotion and will only be retained by Sponsor, its affiliated companies, its Supporting Parties and its mandated data processors for as long as is necessary to fulfill the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected in connection with the Promotion. This might include a period of time after the conclusion of the Promotion in order to distribute prizes or to fulfill tax related or any other legal queries.
10.6 Sponsor, its affiliated companies, its Supporting Parties and its mandated data processors shall process Entrant’s Personal Data securely and take appropriate security measures to protect the Personal Data.
10.7 Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Sponsor reserves the right to use the names and addresses of Winners, their photographs and audio and/ or visual recordings of them in any publicity. Winners may be required to take part in further reasonable promotional activities.
10.8 The entered Personal Data shall always be accurate. Entrant should keep their data up to date in order for Sponsor to notify them in case they won a prize. Sponsor will ensure that personal data is not used if we know that it is not accurate.
10.9 Sponsor and its contractors may contact Entrant via email, phone or otherwise in relation to the Promotion.
10.10 At any time, Entrant has the opportunity to require the amendment and/or the deletion, entirely or partly, of such Personal Data. In such a case, Sponsor will ensure the deletion of such data as soon as feasible.
10.11 At any time, Entrant also has the right to request information about the Personal Data we are keeping.
10.12 No cooperation with YouTube, any similar platform, or any social media provider whatsoever exists with regard to this Promotion. For questions of data usage by YouTube, please refer to www.youtube.com.

11.1 Sponsor or the Supporting Parties are excluded from all liability to Entrant for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity (in each case whether direct or indirect) and any in director consequential loss or damages incurred or suffered by Entrant in connection with participation in the Promotion.
11.2 In no event shall Sponsor or the Supporting Parties be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Official Rules arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer services.
11.3 To the fullest extent permissible by law, no conditions, warranties or other terms apply to the Promotion.
11.4 These Official Rules will be governed by the laws of California and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Residents of Canada, please note: Participation in the Promotion implies consent to transfer personal data to the United States for purposes of administration of the Promotion and consent for personal information to be transmitted, stored and processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada that may not have the same protections as the Canada. Personal information may be used to: (A) contact Entrants regarding the Promotion; (B) publish an Entrant’s name in a Winners List, if they should win; and (C) if an Entrant selects to receive additional information, to send additional information to that Entrant.
